It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, but I’ve been very busy making a special collection of bears for the Hugglets Winter Bearfest 2019.

I started making them over the Christmas holidays and finished the final one last Sunday.

There are five exclusive bears that will be available to adopt on the day, along with all the orphans already available on the website.

I’ve had great fun creating these wonderful little characters, so I’ll introduce them all to you now.

They aren’t available for adoption until the show, but if you see one you really like, email me and I will add you to that bears waiting list in case they don’t find homes on the day.

Eleanor loves to read and is a bit of a book worm.

She’s a romantic at heart and she enjoys watching old black and white movies.

She loves vintage things like lace and costume jewellery that sparkles.

Eleanor loves being out in nature, especially in the spring as she loves to see the bluebells.

Her favourite food is blueberries and cream.

Adoption Fee: £200.00

Annabelle is a very bubbly little character who loves being the centre of attention.

Her favourite season is summer.

She loves to dance and wear flowers in her hair, a bit of a hippy at heart.

Her favourite food is pink candyfloss.

Adoption Fee: £245.00

Murphy is a very happy little earth dragon. He loves to play in the mud and make mud pies for his friends.

Unlike most dragons, his favourite food is cinder toffee and his rather large nose helps him to sniff out the tastiest pieces.

He tends to hibernate in winter as he isn’t a fan of really cold weather. He’s worried that the frost will freeze his horns off (no matter how many times you tell him this is a silly notion, he’ll not believe you).

His favourite season is autumn, not too cold and plenty of mud to play in.

Adoption Fee: £255.00

Solaris’s name means ‘of the sun’, which is quite fitting with his golden eyes and hair.

He brings a touch of magic to anywhere he visits, a true little ray of sunshine.

Solaris likes to try and grant wishes, but as he is a young unicorn, he still hasn’t quite mastered the art yet. The wishes he does manage to grant usually go well, although often the result isn’t quite as expected.

His favourite food is marshmallow.

Adoption Fee: £255.00

Milo enjoys walking on the moors and on nice but cloudy days, he likes to cloud gaze and see what shapes he can see in them.

He can be quite a mischievous bear too, don’t let that innocent look fool you. Sometimes he does manage to get himself into trouble and then his grumpy side shows.

The best way to get rid of any grumpiness is to feed him truffles, they’re his favourite food.

Adoption Fee: £315.00

I hope you’ve enjoyed meeting them all.

They’re all looking forward to meeting their prospective new families on show day.

If you can make it to Hugglets, we’d love to meet you, so do pop by our stall and say hello (show day is my birthday too 🙂 ).
