I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since my last post, that month has gone so quickly!
This month I have been working on my unicorn commission, a bear with a large blue nose and exhibited at The Great Yorkshire Teddy Bear Event.

Unicorn

I have never made a unicorn before, so when the commission was suggested to me, I had to take it.
She is destined to go to Australia, and is going to be such a nice surprise for her new owner.

Let me show you her progress so far:

Bear with a large blue nose

I was trying to get this bear finished in time for The Great Yorkshire Teddy Bear Event (GYTBE), but sadly ran out of time.

I got a little carried away needle-felting this little guy’s nose, so it’s quite large

He’s almost finished now.

GYTBE was on Sunday 15th November. Here is my stall.

As usual it was a good day out, but only Heathcliff managed to find a new home.

It won’t be long until I’ll be seeing him again though, as it was my mum who adopted him.

All the other bears came back home with me and are still available right here on the ‘shop’ page, so do go and take a look, they are all eagerly waiting to meet their new families.
